Refund policy

Because every item is custom made-to-order, there is a no refund policy.

If your item is, however, damaged or defective, you must connect me within 48 hours of receiving your item & I will do my best to work with you.

👕 Apparel Purchases: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

🚨 Please contact me at: support@meddesignco.com with any issues or concerns about your product within 48 hours of receiving your product. No exceptions.
